SHIPPING

All full price watch orders include shipping in the price, using one of the many shipping partners we have for shipping. Tracking information will become available once the parcel has been dispatched. 

EXPECT SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO THE COVID-19 LOCK DOWN IN AUSTRALIA AND MANY OTHER COUNTRIES.

We are currently offering %20 off selected watches styles, though regular shipping is experiencing up to 2 month delays. We strongly suggest using DHL express shipping if you can not wait.
We are not responsible for parcels being lost during this period when using regular shipping as we offer a premium service for piece of mind. 


Expected time for watch delivery:

Australia: 3-5 business days.

International: 7-12 business days with no signature needed for delivery. (excluding tax and duties).
Express international: 2-4 business days with signature on delivery. (excluding taxes and duties).

Times may vary at peak holiday periods of the year.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes internationally.

Expected time for strap delivery:

Straps are sent via regular post and do not include tracking. If you need the strap in a hurry, express trackable shipping options can be added at checkout.

Australia: Up to 10 business days.

International: Up to 15 business days.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes internationally.

Orders will be dispatched after payment clearance and will need someone present to accept the package upon delivery. If there is no one at the provided address, it may be left in a safe place. We don't have direct contact with the delivery company, so we can't follow up on goods marked as delivered. 

Stock Designs PTY LTD offer a range of delivery options and are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages by the chosen delivery method. 

Orders sent internationally may attract import duties and taxes which are not the responsibility of Stock Designs PTY LTD and are to be paid by the receiver. To avoid disappointment, we recommend checking with your Customs office to see if any additional fees may apply. International orders are shipped as merchandise and will not be marked as gifts. 

REFUSED PARCELS - If the recipient refuses to accept delivery of an order, a refund will be given once the watch has been returned to Stock Watches. Any delivery costs to and from the destination along with taxes and duties will be deducted from the total of the refund total.

RETURNS

All full price purchases from stockwatches.com.au are entitled to a 14-day return period.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unused, unworn and in its original packaging in resellable condition. Sizing and specifications are listed on product pages, so please choose carefully as we don't accept returns for change of mind. Discounted items are eligible for exchanges or store credit. 

Refunds for returned items will be processed within 2 weeks of the items return. A $10 processing fee will be deducted from the purchase amount for all refunds. Items purchased on sale are non refundable, so please choose carefully.

All shipping costs, duties and taxes on purchases, returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the original purchaser and will not be refunded. Exchanges are processed on basis of availability and can’t be used for out of stock items. Cancelled orders before shipping will incur a $10 restocking fee. 

Resellers who sell our product without our consent are not entitled to any further warranty or money back guarantees beyond what is described here. Stock Designs PTY LTD will not honour third party returns without our written consent.

If you would like to return your watch, please contact us at info@stockwatches.com.au to notify us that the item is to be returned. Please let us know the reason for your return along with your order number and contact details to arrange a return.

In the event of an item arriving faulty, we will gladly refund or exchange within the 14 day money back guarantee period. For any faults that develop beyond this period, we ask that you inform us of the fault to help you resolve it.

All faults that result from misuse, incidental damage and battery replacement by anyone other than a watch repairer will not be covered under the warranty; however the watches 1 year warranty does cover other manufacturing defects.
